According to the records of the Cooke County Clerk's office you own a mineral interest under the above described property. i am enclosing for your review an oil, gas, and mineral lease based on the following terms:
NET MINERAL ACRES: 0.450 acres
BONUS CONSIDERATION: $50.00 per net mineral acre
TOTAL CONSIDERATION: $50.00 minimum
TERM OF LEASE: 3 years
ROYALTY: 18%
If the above meets with your approval, please execute the original lease in the presence of a notary public. The copy of the lease attached is for your records.
