The phone of singer Amy Winehouse and her medical records were “compromised” by tabloids, according to the latest news.
Charles Lavery, former Sunday Mail journalist, said on his personal blog and Amy’s parents and ex husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, were also targeted by the tabloids. More than that, the phone and personal information of Amy’s brother, Alex, were scanned by journalists.
Charles Lavery said that the tabloids were often using this practice, while Amy was alive, to find out the name of the rehab clinic Amy was going to, so they can go on the scene to take photos.
However, Lavery did not specify the name of the tabloid who tapped the phone of Amy Winehouse.
