Relation to front groups
Charity blossom, a website that links charities with donors, lists Parker J. Collier as the contact for the anti-health care reform group Revere America, initiated by former New York Governor George Pataki. Parker Collier is the group's primary donor. Revere America is set up in a way that keeps the group from having to reveal its funders. Revere America spent $2 million on attack ads targeting Democrats in the 2010 mid-term elections. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has cited Parker Collier as a woman from the south who is working to influence the outcomes of elections in the northeastern part of the U.S.[3][4][5]Sourcewatch resources
Revere America (RA) is a tax-exempt, Delaware-based lobbying group, or PAC (Political Action Committee), started in April, 2010 by former New York Governor George Pataki for the purpose of pressing to repeal the health care reform law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which Pataki described a "horrific" and "costly bungle." Revere America reportedly grew out of another nonprofit, Americans for Responsible Health Care, whose sole funder was Parker Collier.[1] [2][3]Donations to the group are not tax deductible.[4][5] [6]
Pataki left the organization in February, 2011.[7] The new president and CEO of the organization is Marianne R.P. Zuk, an attorney who is listed as an officer or director for several companies owned by the Collier family.[8]

1) The family members participated in many sports, including a keen interest in motorsports, especially road racing that led to the sons, Miles and Sam, founding of the Automobile Racing Club of America in 1933, which became the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) in 1944. Miles, Cameron Argetsinger, and Briggs Cunningham were instrumental in founding Watkins Glen near one of their summer retreats. Juliet worried about the risks of racing and tried to influence her sons against it, however, Sam died in a racing accident. The renowned automobile collection of Briggs Cunningham was purchased by a member of the Collier family and ceased to be publicly available.
