A heavily exaggerated parody of corporate warfare, DvH (Disney vs. Henson) is a movie-trailer about what happens when two well-known entertainment companies battle fore supremacy.

DvH was originally created because after some breaking news that the Walt Disney Company was planning on buying out Jim Henson Pictures, I felt that the Muppet-fan community was in dire need of some cheering up.

The video is made almost entirely from clips from Henson films and shows, along with a couple CG shots created myself, video from an interview with Disney CEO Micheal Eisner, and the music of James Horner.

The The Gremlins was published by Random House for Walt Disney and serialized in Cosmopolitan. Disney wanted to make a film based on the book but could not resolve copyright and RAF control over the production.
The Gremlins is a children's book, written by Roald Dahl and published in 1943. ^[1]It was Dahl's first children's book, and was written for Walt Disney Productions, as a promotional device for a feature-length animated film that was never made.^{[N 1]} With Dahl's assistance, a series of gremlin characters were developed, and while pre-production had begun, the film project was eventually abandoned, in part because the studio could not establish the precise rights of the "gremlin" story, and in part because the British Air Ministry that was heavily involved in the production because Dahl was on leave from his wartime Washington posting, insisted on final approval of script and production.
