Occupy Tucson arrests up after police change tactics
Tucson Police arrested 34 Occupy Tucson demonstrators Tuesday night after changing their enforcement tactics to cite everyone remaining at Veinte de Agosto Park after dark, instead of allowing protesters to leave before issuing tickets to those who refuse to go.
Police told demonstrators earlier Tuesday that anyone remaining in the park after it's closing at dusk would be arrested, a TPD spokesman said.
Occupy Tucson protesters had been allowed to remain in the parks overnight after being cited for the misdemeanor offense of being in a park after closing time. Each night, police allowed those who wish to leave to do so before making arrests and writing tickets.

This makes me furious. The constitution said Peaceful Assembly. I was interested
to see the contrast after this mess in Atlanta, Oakland, New York and other places.

Look at this and where is the equal Protection? Where is the Protection from the
National Guard? This is not adding up and they in one video..the legislator at Tea Party rally incited violence and declared war. Here is the proof that OWS will always
have a huge police presence and they the police will incite harm on our protestors.
Make of it what you will. Here is the proof of NO EQUAL PROTECTION....and that is because we have been declared the enemy. Vehicles run into peaceful protests? No charges? We are the enemy. Traitors..

If you head out to Short Pump Town Center this holiday season, Big Brother will be documenting your every move.
The Henrico County mall will use technology to track the movement of its customers who have mobile devices, beginning Friday and running through New Year's Day.
The tracking system, by homing in on cellphone signals, will tell when shoppers enter stores, how long they stay and where they go next. The mall is using the data to study customer shopping habits.
