Note: Righthaven is the organization that’s been targeting and bullying the alternative media blogs, sites, and forums across the board. I am the only one that has the guts and evidence to bring out this video exposing how they really work. I welcome them to challenge my evidence in court records, Las Vegas Sun, and Arstechnica. Righthaven’s interested parties where Media News Group Inc. (Now ceased law firm company contract), Stephens Media, and WEHCO Media.
This video explains how Roighthaven works as a legal and liable proxy to protect Stephens Media and it’s cohorts from any legal liability in any case that a judge rules in favor of defendants. The entire videos conclusion is from Sources such as the court documents from David Kerr for my case, The Las Vegas Sun, and other evidence built up in the courts thanks to the Randazza law firm.
Being a former defendant, observer, and not being put under gag orders I can now bring out the 100% indisputable facts and a tiny bits of speculation to how Righthaven LLC actually works especially with the courts leaking out details about the Strategic Alliance Agreement.
There is irrefutable proof that Righthaven LLC acts as a proxy plaintiff for the media corporations to avoid liability. This evidence will be available in my documentary along with any interviews with any former Righthaven victims found for my documentary.

Beginning in 2010, the Stephens Media property Las Vegas Review-Journal has adopted a new business plan based on copyright litigation.[5] This practice has been coined "copyright trolling", named after its practice of scouring the internet for 'violations' in order to make a profit.[6] The newspaper is currently involved in a controversy over the licensing of its content to Righthaven LLC, a litigation firm that was "grubstaked" by Stephens Media,[7] the parent company of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and exists for the sole purpose of suing media outlets, including blogs, over the use of copyrighted content that first appeared in the Review-Journal.[clarification needed]
Righthaven sued a Boston-based cat blogger over her attribution to a Review-Journal story on her blog.[8] Righthaven CEO Steve Gibson's vision is to "monetize news content on the backend, by scouring the internet for infringing copies of his client's articles, then suing and relying on the harsh penalties in the Copyright Act — up to $150,000 for a single infringement — to compel quick settlements."[9]
