My papers once again disappeared

Hey, this might should go to our friends in Canada when you see........The government established that these payday loan companies, while only allegedly charging 59% interest were actually charging 650% interest (not compounded) when you included all of the fees.

Please look at this ad before going on and then have at it.  (I may be wrong as the ad here is for Phoenix, AZ??????? and I do now live in Calif.  http://www.moneymart.com/MM/

OH, BTW, I seem to have a virus on my other puter again.  It shut down earlier today and I am of the mind that I was being attacked.

All righty then, here goes another rant for me and my personal mistreatment.

I decided several years ago to go off the grid.  It was ok for a bit but then, the person I was living with wanted me to move out and so I did and in doing so had to file for my SS as I needed some kind of income.

That said, it has been pretty good for me so far as I've managed to survive in a way that is totally acceptable to my lifestyle.  I live with roommates and other than my SS check, I have no reason to be on the grid.  hmmmmmmm and we all know that the SS check is enuff for the elites to know exactly where I am.

NOW, here's the deal, I don't cash my checks in any organized fashion.  I keep enuff on hand to do what I do best and like doing.  Knick knacks and such and an occasional piece of clothing.  and, of course food.  I travel every now and again and usually do that at the last minute without any plans.

..........  Here's my thingy, I cash my checks at a local check cashing store and each and every time I go into the store I end up in a fit.  (This time, I was proud as punch of myself as I handled myself quite well.)   I got the name of this from a person who runs an apartment complex with lots of illegals.

HOWEVER, I was seething under my skin a few days ago when I walked in and signed and fingerprinted the check.  The checks were on the representative's desk when she slid (there are bars between the rep and the people) a thingy under the bars to be signed.  I looked at it and refused to sign it, it was for a debit/credit card.  She looked shocked.  I told her NO WAY and she said that the policy had changed and she couldn't cash my checks and give me money.  hmmmmmmmm, well, I then asked her for the paperwork I had signed the first time I had cashed checks and she said that there was no paper copies.  hmmmmm, I said to myself.

I told the girl that I wanted all the money in cash and she said she had to void the transaction.  I then explained to her that the paperwork that was done the first time I cashed the checks had a fraudulent error on it that said I had given my daughter's phone number.  I had marked thru the daughter and put daughter in law and initialed it.  I told my current rep that I thought that was fraud and why didn't she check the drawer to see where my paperwork was...  It obviously was on the puter and she said there was NO paperwork  that the paperwork that it had gone missing.

.........Now to the good part.  She called SS and then she called her supervisor who didn't answer the phone and left a voice mail.  I asked her to please give me the money so I could go as I had already wasted enuff time.  She hesitated and then she told me I had only cashed checks once.  hmmmm, and I knew that was a crock as I distinctly remember the last time the tall, black, nervous rep had asked me how I got along as I had more than one check to cash and I verbally told him it was none of his business in a totally agitated mood.

.........plot thickens, ey?  hmmmmmm, the girl was pretty cool up until I asked to borrow her phone to call 911 and I was bringing the police in.  (Remember the checks were in her possession and I was very comfortable with calling and seeing what a cop would see in the situation.)  I didn't want the damn debit/credit card and I wanted every bit of the money I had coming.

The girl immediately picked up the phone when I told her I had done research on the card company and it was not a good company.  (I can't remember exactly but the company didn't seem to have a good reputation.  It seems that the company name was momentum but I didn't keep the papers I had.)  She suggested as I was leaving that I should not ever have the problem again.  hmmmm and what about the record of fmy second transaction that didn't even show up on the puter?

Anyways, I seem to be getting ahead of myself.  Back a few paragraphs ago she said that my drivers license was expired and she thought that would get her off the hook.  hmmmmmmm and then I shared with her that that was a funny comment as the drivers license was expired a few years ago and it was used when I first cashed the checks.  Now, if you'll check out the ad that is in one of the links I've enclosed you'll see that Money Mart will cash any check without id.  hmmmmmmmmmm  I do have the receipt that says on it; Cash your tax refund check!  No hassles, No ID required.  hmmmmmmm

Anyways, I probably should have simply used the phone to call 911 and got it on record but I didn't.

There have been numerous lawsuits filed against payday loan companies. In Canada, Bill McNally of McNally, Cuming, and Raymaker filed a suit in Calgary claiming that payday loan companies charged clients illegally high interest rates. The payday loan company Instaloan chose to settle with McNally: people who think they are eligible claimants may contact McNally to discuss getting their money back. The government established that these payday loan companies, while only allegedly charging 59% interest were actually charging 650% interest (not compounded) when you included all of the fees. Instaloan has set aside more than one million dollars to repay borrowers from the past eight years in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

Fraud involving debit cards and personal-identification numbers is on the rise as criminals go where the cash is—even targeting banks' own automated teller machines.

Cease Trade Order issued against Bridgegate in B.C.

Got an email this morning with the following attachment...

Cease Trade Order - Bridgegate Mortgage Corporation

Appears Bridgegate has been issued a Cease Trade Order by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). Nothing yet, that I know of, with respect to the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) issuing one of their own.

My anonymous (as per request) contributor to this blog went on to say... All I can tell you (for your blog) is that the Bridgegate Investors are organized, have legal counsel and will shortly decide course of action.

So there you have it, looks like the shit is finally hitting the fan for the gang infamously known as BridgeCROOKS.

If the consequences of greed are harm and pain, it is immoral. If greed is flaunted, when the pain is known, it is also sociopathic.
